Originally published in the February 2010 issue of Kids Today Infant gear sales in the U.S. are expected to increase by 12.7% over the next five years according to the most recent forecasts by New York-based Easy Analytic Software Inc. (EASI). The report includes 2009 infant gear sales estimates and projections of 2014 sales by state as well as the 25 fastest-growing metros and 20 largest markets. Kids Today market research worked with EASI to develop 2009 sales estimates and 2014 projections for infant gear. The 2009 sales estimates are based on data available through August 2009 and are subject to revision as additional data become available.
