This exclusive survey covers the effects of the Internet on the home accents industry.
Most industry players — retailers and vendors alike — have an Internet presence of some sort and agree the Web is changing the way business is done. The jury is still out, though, on whether that’s good, bad or merely indifferent. But almost all of them agree they have to be there, and that an Internet presence is important to their company’s future growth.
More than 300 industry executives, evenly divided between vendors and retailers, responded by fax or online to this exclusive Home Accents Today survey during August and September 2007.
