The numbers are coded according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and made available to Furniture Today by the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Cynthia Myers, Furniture/ Today’s database coordinator, further refines the data to eliminate as much as possible all furniture not intended for residential use.
